the Big Spring Bakery provides fresh breads. Also referred to as 'Sally Bread', the main baker Sally Karinen started her bread making and delivery out of her own kitchen every Friday.

Since everybody loves Sally Bread, we provide Sally (Vernie & Mary!) with an outlet and kitchen to bake breads Monday-Friday, every week!

Big Spring Bakery

We bake just as you would in your home, with our ingredients from local or Montana sources as much as possible. We use Wheat Montana flours, local honey and eggs, and Meadowgold milk products as our foundation and build wonderfully fresh, delicious and healthy breads- with a few special treats to keep us sweet! Stop in to see what's cooking each day.

7 Grain, French, Focaccia, Honey Wheat, Cinnamon Bread, and Cookies

On Fridays, extra fresh bread is baked to supply our customers through the weekend- so you're never without!
